One counter for sweets. One kitchen for everything else.

Since 1992, Sanjay Sweets has stood on the corner where Berasia Road meets Karond Chouraha.

Under one roof there is a mithai counter and a full kitchen. They serve morning chai and jalebi, thalis at lunch, dosas and chaat in the evening, and paneer and biryani until 11 at night. All of it is vegetarian.

Families come in for the thali, some regulars order two or three times a week, and plenty of people leave with a box of something sweet.
